Terms of Service

Each commission includes up to 3 free revisions.

Additional revisions beyond the included three may incur extra charges.

Major changes requested after approval of a completed stage may be treated as a new revision.

100% payment upfront, or

50% upfront, with the remaining 50% due after the basic mesh is completed (before texturing and final rendering begin).

Final files will only be delivered after full payment has been received.

I reserve the right to hold the completed commission until the remaining balance is paid in full.

I retain the right to display commissioned work in my portfolio and on social media unless otherwise agreed.

Please credit ig (jordanyos_) whenever the work is publicly displayed or used where artist attribution is appropriate.

All payments are non-refundable.

Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

The client must provide clear references and requirements before work begins.

Delays caused by missing references or late feedback may extend the delivery time.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the artist retains ownership of the original artwork and grants the client the agreed usage rights upon full payment.

Reselling, redistributing, or claiming the work as your own is prohibited.
